Talk with Abolos in Verteron at Tolbas Village after completing Village Seal Found once you have reached at least Level 14. Description Level 15 Lightningfoot Tuka Hunt Lightningfoot Tuka, who attacks the village. Basic Reward XP † Title: Bottled Lightning Lesser Running Scroll (5)

Quest Notes

He is actually quite easy to kill if you can do ranged, or have a Root skill. Cross the bridge and wait at the crossroads, watching to the west and he will come running by on his circuit.
