This is meant to be used as a universal standard across all future templates to create uniformity and greater ease-of-use for newbie editors. so they can start to expect certain elements of documentation to be in specific parts of the wiki template page further meaning that no extra documentation is needed elsewhere.

This is a work in progress and is subject to deletion if we agree not to use it.
