There are five different Worn Treasure Maps. Each starts a different quest, and there are 6 distinct variations of each quest, based on your level, each with a different location for the cache. You will receive a Salt Encrusted Bag and 25 Rune King's Seals. Some of the bags will contain a quest starter, one of the Broken Weapon Fragments, which starts the quest Redeemed Rewards.

Guarding the Cache will be a Rotten Cache Thief, a bit on the low side of level-appropriate to the zone.

The level of the quest scales in your Quest Journal, but the quest level in the database is fixed.

Other places we have found Cache Thieves but did not have the quest at the time so are not sure which Thief goes with which quest.
