This weapon is an EverQuest Loot Card, attainable through Legends of Norrath: Ethernauts booster packs.

It is also obtainable by completing the Ethernauts, Scenario 5: The First Rift Opens. You get a Scenario 5 Pack the first time you win the scenario. If you choose to claim your reward in EverQuest (as opposed to Everquest II), this is what you get.
