	To Start: Speak to Duane in Seaside. Duane says,"Every night, I see Snatching Snappers raiding my town, stealing things. If you think you can do the job, I'll hire you to defeat them. They only come out at night, so be ready! " Duane has asked that you find and defeat a few Snatching Snappers in Seaside. This is a Combat quest.

Duane is just north of Mayor Gilly. His quest is unlocked by completing Seaside Situation (possible bug as Seaside Situation is members-only).

Like the quest says, the monsters are only around at night.
