Choose One of the Following:
- Spear of Withered Dreams (Shamans)
Note: Items rewarded may vary based on your class, armor type, or alignment.

Speak to Field Marshal Vishra in the New Combine Foothold to begin the quest.

Talk to Silnas at -2357, -667, -216 in the Sanctuary of Waning to complete the quest.

Completing this quest will open up the Sanctuary of Waning series.
