To Start: During the quest Best of Intentions you'll be sent mail from the Royal Court of Qeynos summoning you to the castle.
You must be at least Level 60 to start this quest.

Rewards:

Enter the castle through the main gate in north Qeynos. Antonia is in the same place she was last time you talked to her. Speak to her to start the quest.

  1. Help Antonia help the farmers. Look for the Qeynos Runner on the Qeynos Highway in Antonica. He's at -1200, -20, 246 . Double click "a fallen runner" for the update.
  2. You're attacked by wolves!
  3. Talk to Outrider Lidsey at -1186, 16, 307 up on the rocks.
  4. Report back to Antonia about the gnoll issue.
  5. Listen to the conversation between Antonia and her Council.
  6. Speak to Antonica.
