If you are awaiting mail from Raffik, you can go to the Village of Shin and talk with Jerol of the Norrathian Express to see about its delivery status.

When you achieve crafting level 80 you will receive a mail from Raffik.

1. Find Raffik in the Paineel Hall of Wizardry in Sundered Frontier at 1987, -298, 3337 Copy .
2. Craft Potion of Nimble Fingers. You will need:
• 1 Marr cherry
• 1 lapsang tea leaf
• 1 caynar nut
• 1 Ethereal Candle
3. Speak to Aalithiana at ( 1810, -300, 3457 ) Copy
4. Return to Raffik in Paineel

You will receive the next quest in the mail at level 90.
