After reaching level 20 players should seek out Murrar Shar in Qeynos Capitol District near the Claymore Plaza ( 319, -21, -20 ) Copy .

1. Speak with some citizens around the city:
• Talit in the Call to Arms in North Qeynos, Qeynos Capitol District ( 408, -21, -185 ) Copy
• Musheff af'Neqi near The Concordium Tower in South Qeynos, Qeynos Capitol District ( 729, -20, 181 ) Copy
• Olvene Kettershot near the Clock of Ak'Anon in Qeynos Harbor, Qeynos Province District ( 731, -21, -69 ) Copy
2. Return to Murrar Shar. He sends you to speak to Harkam Nubbytoe near the Baubbleshire (in old Elddar Grove, Qeynos Province District) 795, -22, -542 Copy
3. Speak to Harkam to complete the quest and be offered the next.
