Spawns in the upper-center of the map when all prerequisite nameds are dead. See: Marauding the Market. He is paired with Commander_Mirrakar and Grelke Stormwind. If you kill Grelke or Lyderi the Commander will summon a lot of spiritual energies to fight you, so take out the Commander first!
