Talk with Ekseus in Heiron at Jeiaparan Village once you have reached at least Level 39. Description Level 40 Supplies for the Blue Fleet Please collect supplies from Supply Boxes along the beach and take them to Ekseus. Supplies (3) (PW/AA) Basic Reward XP †

Quest Notes

The Supply Boxes can be found all around the village, on the beach and in the water just off the beach. Except for the possible appearance of Asmodians who frequent the beach for easy kills, the beach is safe and all the mobs are non-aggro.
