Rift Quest:Corruption at the Arbor  

The altar is located on the island in Kirna's Arbor. Clear the 3 or 4 Boglings first to avoid adds. The Corrupt Presence is a ghostly Spectre and will bring a friend. Stay on him as the friend will vanish when he dies.
