"The hobgoblins appear to have come across a plague and are spreading it about through food sources and vegetation. We must inform the Magistrate of what we learned. Travel east across the river and you will come across the Magistrate's house. Speak to Taejin, Captain of the Shotaru. I will mark his location in your journal."

Speak to Taejin, Captain of the Shotaru located at the Magistrate's House, east of Sun Village.

Taejin takes the report from you and reads it over.
"If it is a plague affecting the hobs then we will need to destroy the source of it. I will inform the Magistrate of this news. In the meantime, I have a task for you."
