You first "meet" Imraphel as the mysterious voice on the Myth Device. He guides you from The Refuge to Meluan's Gate and The Vault.

Imraphel is actually a Progenitor Fey and is the real cause of the Mythstrikes. He is trying to perfect the targeting so he can hold Nexus for ransom and take over the Mechanism. Muahahaha!
