Speak to Researcher Grelga in the New Combine Foothold at -3562, -783, -147 begin the quest.

  1. Collect materials for Grelga. They are all found in the forest just west of the New Combine Foothold.
    • Kill 6 withering wisps
    • Collect 6 patches of corrupted soil. They seem to spawn randomly at the bases trees, but reported locations include:
      • -3357,-754,-344
      • -3276,-760,-233
      • -3167,-757,-182
      • -2921,-752,-89
      • -3544, -757, -297
      • -3449, -757, -224
      • -2921, -752, -89
      • -2914, -744, -1
      • -2915, -743, 18
      • -3012, -752, 56
      • -2969, -754, -144
    • Collect 4 water samples from large plants called waterlogged needlelions.
  2. Return to Researcher Grelga to complete the quest.
