Game Update #64 Qeynos Rises July 24, 2012

1. Kwipp asks you to take his report to Field Marshal Vishra of the Royal Antonican Guard. You'll find him in the Sovereign House of Qeynos (formerly the Bag, Barrel, n Bank) in South Qeynos ( 584, -15, 182 ) Copy .
2. The Field Marshal needs reports from other circle of Ten members and asks you to collect them.
• General Golias Syden at the top of the Qeynos Castle steps in North Qeynos.
• Daylia the Vigil up in Arbos, the Elddar Tree in Elddar Grove.
3. Return to Field Marshal Vishra.

The Field Marshal tells you to talk to Murrar Shar, but you'll need to finish Rinna's quest series and be level 40+ to receive his next quest.
