Category: Skyshrine: The City of Dracur
To start:

Speak to Jorlak inside Skyshrine: The City of Dracur to begin this quest.

  1. Use the chrono portal to the Covenant District
  2. Acquire the Draconic Disc of Binding Runes. You must complete two subquests from Yendilor at the zone entrance:
    1. Proving Your Worth
    2. Marketplace Mayhem - this quest will reward the disc
  3. Speak to Jorlak to complete the quest.
