It appears this is not posted up in the guide. There seems to be a Guild Level Limit on the availability of these quests. I have had a few sources tell me that they are available up till Guild Level 10.

The mining quests get more and more ridiculous as you progress. The secondary items are containers and have a low drop rate and impossible to find from other players. Lightspar Agate appears to have a 25% chance to occur, giving you a whopping 40 orchichalcum spots to mine at bare minimum. Foraging is not much better.

Compared to the Butchering quest, it's a real head scratcher.
