Aethertapping (Aion)  

Every time I go and try to get some aether crystals I get a message that my tapping skills are not high enough (Morheim fortress) and then when i go a try and increase my aether tapping skills (Altgard fortress) I get a message stating my tapping skills will not increase because the difficulty is too low. What am i doing wrong?
