  • The term "Eternal" was coined by Bob Fitch and Chris Metzen, because "Immortal" didn't feel right; and "divine" also felt a bit awkward even though it was was used in Warcraft III for units such as Cenarius (Whitewolf Quarterly, Fall 2004).
