To Start: Speak to Milla in Shrouded Glade.
Milla says,"I need a doctor's note? Hrmm... maybe you could visit Doctor Gordon in Sanctuary and pretend to be me?

Of course, you'd have to stop by the Robgoblin Camp and snack on some of Glerga's cooking first. It's safe to eat, but you'll sure smell like you're sick. "

Milla has asked you to get a doctor's note for her from Doctor Gordon. First you'll need to eat some of Glerga's cooking from Robgoblin Camp and get sick before the doc will believe you.
