Food effect Vs. Juice Effect
# Nov 10 2004 at 3:41 PM Rating: Excellent
The dead give away of a food effect it a Stat increase, in this case "Chr 3" or "Mp 10" and the like.
the dead giveaway of a juice effect is this sentance. X Mp(or HP) every 3 seconds for X seconds(or minutes).
you can only have one Food one refresh and one regen effect on at any given time. So if you have a 41+ RDM downing pineapple juice isn't the best idea because the refresh effect will not stack. if your RDM or WHM likes to cast regen on you forget the apple au liat. Bard song effects always count as songs, go figure, and though they may regen or refresh you these do stack being they are different types of effects. SMN get nateral refresh and WHM regen these are hidden effects and never get in the way of anything else.

Long long story short these are food not juice because they arn't a refresh or regen effect and they boost stats.

Lastly, if you deny the artform of a damn good cup'o tea you my friend have never had one.

ok, im not going to argue bout artform, however, can you explain why it counts as "food" (like kabobs) and not a "drink" (like juice)?

in asian culture tea making is an artform, and there for an artist would be needed to create it. A high level chef is therefore an artist. ^^.

since this is a HQ of Chamomile Tea, and that lasts 60min, this probably lasts 90min..

on another note, why the heck is tea considered food?!? O_O i tried using sandorian tea last night for a BCNM and it wouldnt let me cuz i already had boiled crab going ;_; so not only do you have to be a master chef to make tea, it doesnt actually count as a drink?!?!?

O_o <--face im currently making due to extreme confoozlement

Because if you do it wrong, you might... burn the water?

Sorry, that was the best I could come up with.
