He is a wizard with about 1800hps. He spawns deep in 3rd gate near Evin X'Lottl (another wizard). On a 10 min timer.

Yup - Liskvan Xlottl, lvl 40 wizard, spawns p1231 n1646 10minutes. Melee's for 112, 1773hps unbuffed. Spawns on the pathway outside the mansion, and wanders out to the area with the broken down wagon and foot bridge (doesn't cross it) and back agian. Both he and Evin are easily soloable for Mages 51 and up.
