Speak to Harla Dar at -104, 51, 738 Copy on Veeshana Tol within the Vesspyr Isles after completing Seize on the Breeze

1. Seek out Lord Vyemm at 268, 320, -920 Copy on Droumlunds
2. Kill attacking aerakyn scaleguards
3. Search the underside of the Droumlunds for Lord Vyemm 393, 189, -779 Copy
• Around 391, 125, -786 Copy fly up through the cave entrance
4. Make your way to Fraka Dar at 402, 183, -835 Copy
5. Return to Harla Dar to complete the quest.
