A Vanquisher quest requires you to complete a Challenge dungeon a number of times. Additionally you will have the option to Vanquish the dungeon as long as you have done it normally at least once.
If you use the Vanquish option, be sure to check the box to use a key or you will not receive anything from the chest (assuming one was present). The time required to Vanquish a dungeon increases as the level rises and is displayed on the Vanquish UI. You can spend a few Electrum to speed up the Vanquish timer. You can also use the Vanquish UI to make more than one run all at once. This, of course, still consumes one Attempt per run.
Vanquisher quests are sequential and must be completed in order. There is no quest-giver NPC, it simply appears in your Quest Tracker window when it is available to you. Afterwards, see the Vanquisher Master to collect your rewards.
Note: Vanguisher dungeons are instanced. No players outside your group will be there, and mobs do not re-spawn.
IN addition to whatever drops you may receive, you will also get a Rare Materials Box.
