He says his brother, Danny, is fishing by "Ikalis Lake" but that does not appear on the map. He says you will find him down the small path by the bridge. He is at 53.8, 54.4 .

Note: This is the same fisherman mentioned in Countering the Energy of Water. If it is, keep your eyes peeled for a pile of stones!
