| They do - when and only when a bored high level player comes back from, well, whereever, and drops the items he/she doesn't want or need on a lower level MoB for a lower level player to find. | I think this NPC is either seriously broken or seiously strange. I'm a lvl 50 cleric (good) and she scowls, yet won't attack. She also says something about meat when I hail her. However, I was with a higher lvl high elf paladin who only got something to the effect of "leave" when he hailed her. | ||||

| That this item, and the other Fistwrap items, don't act as Hand-to-Hand weapons. That would be neat to see, if Verant could code it. Weapon-slot equipable items that are used with the Hand-to-Hand skill. Then maybe they could raise the Monk cap on HtH to 250 like it should be. | ||||

| Needless to say, the new monk "handwrap" weapons kick the crap out of their epic (good, not like they work for it anyway ;). These are definitely a plus. Monks get dibs on the Primal Wraps in Sleepers, and the other 1HB's can go to the other dual wielders. | ||||
