| Concerning the new pirates there, they're dark blue (obviously) to my 59 Druid as well, figured i'd give them a try after invising and scouting them for a bit. they don't see invis, hit fairly hard (130s or so) and there are 2 types though I'm not sure of the level range just yet. | To fix factions in qeynos .... well there are the guards that are good and guards that are bad good you kill gnolls in blackburrow. Bad you turn in gnoll scalps in Highpass. The casters in S. | These three mobs are for the Phenocryst's focus quest. It is good you did not slay them, else you would have made a caster quite upset.
