Got Botanist up to 41 for Mirror Apples, I plan to farm as many as I can to spam the Apple Juice triple leve to get Culinarian 41 → 50 this week (that is the plan anyway). Also cleared Hydra (after a few attempts) and Ifrit for Relic, nearly cleared Garuda but the BLM didn't know when to limit break so we failed, the WHM then declared all the DD were too weak and left. At least I know now what to expect in Garuda HM. :s
Also picked up a 3rd linkshell this week and the people seem really nice, all in all a very satisfactory weekend!

I'm now at 4/8 DoH classes at max level. I would've kept going on goldsmith but ran out of materials shortly after hitting 40. I also managed to make it halfway through rank 4 on my chocobo while farming fleece with my summoner. That chocobo levels slow as hell.

Well it was a long weekend for me, Thursday-Sunday, so a lot happened...
- Level 50 Dragoon (Finally!)
- Got DRG AF complete
- Marauder to 21
- Beat Aurum Vale
- Beat Cape Westwind
- Almost completed my 2nd Flame Seal Hunting Log (so I can rank up to max level - just need one more sand bat from Cutter's Cry)

Had to tackle some other things over the weekend, but blew some leves to get MIN and BTN from 41 to 46 as well as gathering 99 of each item in their range. Just a bit more than I can hate myself for throwing materia into even more gear sets.
Violence good. Sexy bad. Yay America.

Downed turn 4 and by some stroke of super luck got my allagan pants drop.

Saturday:
>Set up a Praetorium run for our LS DRG and got her the story clear. Got locked out of 2 bosses by an assfedora of a Taru WHM in the process because three people were new and watching CS. Goddamn.
>Took said DRG to her first AK run via DF using my SCH. Our LS has been doing WP for weeks and are all sick of it, so we wanted to try something new. We failed due to tank ragequit at the Wall, but she learned a lot.
Got my level 26 THM out to help same DRG and her husband level his new MNK over at Highbridge for a few hours.
Sunday:
>FATE grinded my WAR from 37>39 and then did Brayflox, Qarn, and Cutter's Cry runs for 40. Got the Kokoroon armor drop off Chimera (score!). Did the 40 WAR job quest.
>Our LS career PLD tried his hand at WAR tanking WP with his new 50. Went off without a hitch. Got to really see WAR+SCH synergy working for the first time.
>Took our WP static (PLD SCH SMN DRG) to AK for the first time ever. All but me had only cleared it a couple times or not at all, and only the SMN and I have Relics. We beat the first boss by a hair. Wiped six times on the Wall before we got it down right and then toasted it (okay, maybe if we try SMN LB on the bees. Nope, try tanking the bees. Dodge AOEs, maybe? Oops got knocked off. ***** it, Curebomb and BURRRRNNN IT!) Timed out on the last boss due to our SMN falling asleep and dropping an orb on us since it was like 2am, LOL. But we had all the positioning and add control figured out by then. I'm very much looking forward to the rest of this week. ***** WP for a while.
Not a bad weekend. 7/10.

Did Dhorme Chimera and Amdapor's Keep for my BRD relic and capped weekly Myth tomestones a second time. MNK 32 --> 35; I can finally go to Coerthas!

I was going to re-attempt Stone Vigil now that I can raise someone in three seconds, but it turned out 3 people in my FC needed Aurum Vale and we only had one uber tank to spare. So we went running on baby dungeons for our newer FC members on our secondary classes instead, and I've been promised a re-visit to Stone Vigil this weekend.
No gaming for me until Saturday (more likely Sunday) because I'm traveling for business and the company laptop can't run FFXIV and won't run FFXI. *sigh*

ASM, LTW, CUL, GSM all 46ish to 50, which got me: Master of the Hand!!
WHM 48-49.
Also did an embarrassing amount of spirit bonding which led to: Made my whole suite of HQ WVR gear, Militia Wristlets and 2x Aetheryte rings. After melding/blowing up the 20 odd material I had, I'm at 349 Craftsmanship and 324 Control (still a few control materia short of where I'd like to be, but I'll get there). With HQ fish soup, my CP is 365.
Goals for this week: More material creation, as well as create one new suite of gear each week until I have all 8. I'm hoping to get WHM to 50 and finish up the story so I can start on relic stuffs. There's also a rumor going around that the tome cost for Philosophy mats may drop, so I'm waiting until the patch to see. I'm hoping to craft a Vanya suite by the end of the year, but 180k for the potash per silk piece is a bit steep >< Also, maybe level some more gathering, but converting is monopolizing most of my time right now.

Congratulations! And I hope to get that too, 4/8 @ 50 now...
I just got my complete set of HQ patricians (with Dodore Doublet instead of Patricians chest for the extra materia slot)... now I need to go in and put materia into it so I can start HQ'ing ** items consistently.
I hope they drop the cost of the tomes for mats also, would be nice to be able to gear up for less than 2 Million gil on my DRG... and I should be able to make all my own gear with LTW, ARM, and GSM all @ 50...

I also have a set of Patrician's/Dodore HQ, but I'm not melding that set. I'm going to be churning it for materia once my WHM is 50, and I'll keep wearing it on my non-AF DoH's. I was going to meld the patrician's set, but I just couldn't make myself do it. I want them fancy clothes lol. ;)
