There isn't. The game doesn't write dot damage to the combat log at all.
I'm still not entirely sure how xivapp is calculating them tbh.
Thing is, you can even critical DoTs (you can tell when you try to overwrite them later before it expires and it fails, which i believe is called "clipping"). So even the base damage might not be the actual damage even if you could figure that part out reliably.
One thing that annoys me, thanks to DF PUGs, is that there are some people out there who honestly believe summoners cause less damage than the healer because their parser doesn't count their DoTs. Hopefully SE will make this loggable so we can put some of these misconceptions to rest.
