Going from a PC to PS3Follow
Computer died, gonna get the game for my PS3. My question, (probably a stupid one) I know I can access my account from any PC but how about on a PS3? Can I play my account created on my PC on my PS3?

Yes, you can.
You will just have to buy a copy of the game on PS3. I believe you will also need to set it up through Mog Station.

Also all your macros and gear sets died along with your PC. They're not saved to your account. Hope they add this in soon.

Me too. I play on my PC at home and laptop while at work and I really hate not having a synched UI and macro system

People have said multiple times that they are, but I haven't seen a when yet. Same thing with cross platform trophies.

They could sync the crossbar and macros at least.
What about gear sets? Are those stored server side or on the client?
Edit: gear sets are stored locally. I switch from PC to PS3 all the time and the crossbar/gear sets ticks me off. :)

I can't stress enough to make sure you port-forward for playing on PS3. I noticed a reasonable difference, especially during FATEs. There is also the SSD upgrade for ps3 that with help with the experience. 100 bucks for a Toshiba or something. Good luck :)
*EDIT: I think this is on topic?!?! And I have a two controller rotation for ps3... Nothing is worse when the controller pots out in the middle of an instance... blah...Have a great weekend!
