Does this matter? Kind of regret picking this god as most of the enemies seem to be fire and earth.

Wait.

Content for Shiva will surely be introduced, and during sure I'm sure a slew of ice enemies.

I expect the same for Ramuh and Leviathan.

Thought to be honest it barely matters. It slightly modifies your elemental resistance.

I strongly recommend you to start over, because at LV 50, 3 points out of 253 in elemental resistance - that`s make or break.
And don`t forget to double-check your race choice. Because there`s only one race for Black Mage. And it`s not Lalalalalalafel.
