JUST got my playstation and have been dying to play this game! On my NA PSN account with NA cc info... and I can't find this game on the PSN!? Any idea what's going on?

I thought the digital download was still suspended for PSN.
Buy it at Gamestop or Walmart or Target. Digital downloads are having periods of suspension due to high traffic.
