Despite my hatred, then dislike, now lukewarm reception of FFXIII (hey it's been like 3 years and I'm getting soft) I'm actually looking forward to this bit of fan service.

I liked the music in XIII and if it plays during the FATE/Quest that'd be cool.

Plus seeing Lightning with a gun (as well as the Garleans) I'm hoping that ARR kinda shifts towards Garlean tech, and to a more futuristic setting in future expansions.

Contrary to widely popular opinion I actually loved the FF13 Series. I really enjoyed the story and environments present in that series. Cool to see Lightning in Eorzea. She is certainly the coolest SE character in a long long time.

Do you think it is safe to assume we will be getting the option to have Snow & Lightning's hair once barber shop comes out? Most of the pictures in the OP's link show the different races of Eorzea sporting the new hair.

Could be fun, but then again, I imagine a huge chunk of people will want to have their hair as well.

I see a Behemoth variant (King Behemoth maybe? It's been awhile since I've played XIII), I wonder if it'l transform when it hits half health and turn on d-mode lol. I believe the large mech is a Juggernaught...those were oh so not fun to fight. And I think that is Caius' "Chaos Bahamut" at the end.



No, he wouldn't. Lightning's Odin is from a completely different realm than the Odin of Eorzea. His essence is contained in an eidolith that Lightning must strike to unleash. Now...if say Odin (E) were to somehow end up in Valhalla (The Unseen Realm) and then lose to Lightning then she could as that is the law of Valhalla (TUR).
