Hi, I'm having issues trying to download the client. My 1.0 registration code is not working, is there any way around this? Please help

Assuming you had a 1.0 account registered, This is the link for you to download 2.0. You don't need a key if you're an 1.0 account holder.

Not if you click the "I have an existing account" button when launching. Enter your old SE username/pw

Please also note that the Free Trial period for 1.0 has already ended last week, so you will need to subscribe to play. You shouldn't need to enter registration code though.

i enter the first option "have existing account"
I enter old account SN and PW
next screen ask for registration code...

The only thing I can think of is you didn't even register it to begin with.

That being said, simply look for your old 1.0 codes and put them in, and you're good to go.
