New player to FFXIV / veteran raider LF FC that raidsFollow

My name is Eric and I am looking for a free company that raids 3-4 nights a week. I am a veteran MMO player from FFXI to WoW (vanilla through MoP). I enjoy pvping, crafting and hanging out in voice chat. I have a very good machine and a very stable connection.
