I have been reading the cutscenes for the main storyline but I'm sort of lost on what is happening to the point I'm at...is there a website that has a recap of the plot of each Cutscene and like sort of tells the story (FFXI had this for CoP etc etc) just so I can re-read the stuff??

I don't know about a website that provides a synposis.. But you are free to re-watch any cutscene you've already seen from the journal in every inn room.

you can recap all your cutscenes in your inn room, there is a book by the bed you can recap with, hope that helps

NPC's are all lazy they always want me to do things for them most of the time they are right there and could have easily done what they ask themselves.

One NPC actually comments on how other NPCs are eager to pay other people to avoid having to do any real work.
