Is Second Wind a good Action to aim for as an Archer?Follow

I am currently Level 27 and have Cure from my Level 8 Conjurer and find its not that gay unless I focus on Mind power increase.

Is Second Wind as good as it sounds? The guides say it instantly restores your own HP but is based on your attack power. I'm a little confused. Will it I've me decent cure rate? Which attributes affect its potency?

It is a good self heal, and for a ARC or BRD, Dex is the attribute that would affect it, since Dex raises your Attack Power.

You can also use it with Raging Strikes I believe, since RS also raises your Attack Power. This would cause Second Wind to be a lot stronger than it normally would be.
