Get GLA to 30 and finish the level 30 GLA quest (which is an instanced fight on Highbridge). You'll also need CNJ to 15, and once you have that there is an NPC on the Hustings Strip in Ul'Dah which will give you your PLD quest to unlock that soul.

Complete all class quests up to and including the level 30 one. When you have at least 30 GLD and 15 CNJ the guild receptionist will give you the feeder quest to talk to the Hyur NPC near the Chamber of Rule warp-point. From there you just go to him for job quests every 5 levels (45 is your AF H/H/L/F, 50 is the body).

Thnaks I was under the impession I would have to level the paladin from 1..Nice surprise that they level together..
