I just joined the Flames. They talk about earning seals but I cant find any where to get a quest to earn them..I am a 31 GLA and I just completed the main quest where you pick your gran company..The offer something at walking sands but there is no mention of seals...

You can earn seals by doing FATES, as well as through company leves. You can find levemete locations here.
That's a great help..but when I talk to Kiki at dry bone she says that I need to be out on the battlefield not with her..Do the main quests give Company seals?
you have to do the first quest they give you to be able to be participating in the GC.
Then you can go and do leves etc

The only quest I got was the one about the chocobo license and you need 2000 seals..who gives the first quest?
I think it was the personnel guy - can only speak for Maelstrom here - they sent me out retrieve an air-ship with Biggs and Wedge before those nasty Empire guys got it!!
Kikiri says I need official seal of approval..
