Got my Phial already..Follow
I checked my mog thismorning and got my phail of fantasia to change my character im not on a 1.0 char and have yet to be charged. Just giving heads up to people if they were looking forward to it like me!
Hmm, did they give them to non legacy as well?
As far as I know, they sent it to everyone. It's a gift (like the 7 free day) for the trouble during launch.
It's also to please the legacy that couldn't redo their character appearance because of issues.

Can you change appearance and name or just one or the other?

1) The Phials were only sent to those accounts who purchased 1.0 - as reparation for the char benchmark data not loading.
2) You will receive a second as a veteran reward. They are U/U so be careful to use the first before accepting the second.

I purchased 1.0, but never paid and wasn't legacy. Just curious if I'll get one (won't find out until I get home from work).
Omg I want one of these now. I thought they were giving it out after 30 days. I think they might have changed that...which would make sense. I don't think you need to wait 30 days to know if you want to change your char. I will sign up for 90 days and see if I get mine. But thats for the heads up. For those of you who don't know, you can also change your name.

I bought 1.0 but was not legacy and I have one. Just checked mogstation and its listed as one of the items. And to those wondering if you will get 2 this was posted on the lodestone.....
Please note that because Fantasia is a rare item, a character cannot possess more than one at a time. If you already possess a Fantasia (obtained as a Veteran Reward, for example), please use your existing Fantasia in your inventory before receiving the new one from the Moogle Delivery Service.
There was more but the rest only relates to those that had 1.0 characters that didn't get their character edit.

Yes, but you can get another one and do it again with the subscription award.

Seems like you can get two then... Use this one now for my new super awesome haircut, and then use the one from vet rewards later when I find out that I liked my old haircut better. Or I could just totally switch gears and become a cat lady.

Think I'll either switch back to a Lala male like I had at 1.0 launch or make an Elezen lady. Decisions decisions.

I just paid for 90 days while playing..do i need to log out or something for this reward?

Is there a way to confirm that all players received this item? I logged on three times throughout the day and have yet to receive any Phial. I'm not a 1.0 player so I wasn't expecting one. Just wanted to see if I can switch to a Lala now rather than wait until October.
