Chobo companion quest? :: Final Fantasy XIV (FFXIV, FF14)

Does anyone know where I can find the chobo quests that allows it to fight during battle? I'm having a hard time finding information online:( Any help would be awesome!

I believe the NPC is Docette (not even close to 100% certain on that). Might not be able to flag the quest until you are at CT as part of the main storyline, though.

I recall getting a quest from somewhere where I was sent to camp tranquil to chat with the elf... started with a D I think. Maybe I am thinking of something else.
