Is there not an equivalent to <st> in ffxiv like ffxi?

Want one macro for cure with a gamepad with changing my target from the mob.

There is a thread here somewhere (showing PS3 and PC controls) that has a few tips on targeting, I found it earlier and thought I'd added it to my fav's folder, but apparently I suck hard.
