Type /sit when your back is at the bed. Same for every other seatable area like chairs in the inns.

The information is out there that this drops in Aurum Vale. I'm going to go out on a limb and say this is 100% loot from the same treasure chest. Every run I did it was the same. Anyone else care to confirm their findings?
