Ok i dont mean to rant but they have had since teh 24th to fix this damn 1017 problem. I have been completely lenient and understanding and haven't really ******* at all but now that its been 9 days of this and they said today they were adding server space today yet I still have to spend an hour plus just to get in teh game. I wish I didnt love this game and put up with this ****. I know ill prolly get flamed for starting another topic on 1017 but I needed somewhere to vent cause im getting really sick of this.

What I find ridiculous is that they may give us an extra free 7 days of play to compensate for the 9 (and counting) days of lost/frustrating/WTF days of play.

The early release was extended until the 29th so I imagine the 7 free days are counting from that date, so it hasn't been 7 days yet.

I've had it up to here as well, I'm just a casual player and haven't been able to join my friends. Numerous bugs just trying to login is driving me insane! I want to quit WoW and play this but come on SE hurry up already!

*sighs*

Since many people have established players on these servers I don't see how these new servers will do anything unless they split the overpopulated ones.

Normally I hate grammar *****, but this one made me lol.

Also, I have a hard time understanding why people keep making the argument "this is getting ridiculous". It's not getting ridiculous, it's been ridiculous. However, it's not getting any more ridiculous because we've known for days that the issue won't be fixed until Wednesday. If you're (proper usage!) expecting them (the servers) to magically hold extra players before Wednesday then clearly you are a ******. Assuming you're not a ******, why are you so shocked that performance hasn't improved BEFORE the date they said they were fixing the issue? I guess you were expecting the server fairies to sprinkle their magic server dust and make a special slot 5001 for your character.

They've already given us a date for when the issue will be corrected. Any whining before that just makes you a little *****. Seriously. Are you that out of control of your (proper usage!) emotions that you have to make thread number 75642789564278956 whining about something that already has a correction date? Not one of these "poor me" posts has done anything to affect the date that the login issues are getting addressed. All it does is make you sound like a 6 yr old.

People would just be angry that the servers are down for the game they just bought.

It's impossible to come out of this situation smelling like a rose, so they may as well have the servers running so that at least some people can play.

Yeah, last number I heard was 230,000. It's not like the servers don't work, they just didn't make enough room initially.

It doesn't. Just trying to make the best of a bad situation.
