Is anyone in NA/EU?Follow

My client froze up about 15 minutes ago and I couldn't even close it through Task Manager and had to reboot. Now, after firing it back up, it says the NA/EU server list can not be populated. Is it just not allowing it due to overpopulation or is everything down? I see arrstatus says everything is up and running.

EDIT: Never mind, just got the Character selection, but suffering from an acute case of 1017. Thanks.
