How long should you wait to tell a new girlfriend that you like playing MMO's for hours-on-end?

If I ever meet a female closet gamer I'm putting a ring on her finger. Timing might be off on that as well... =P

Better to find out where each other stand on everything right out of the gate versus finding out you don't fit together two years down the road. And lf playing games is something you are very passionate about but other person disagrees, that could lead to both of you being unhappy or spending less time together.

I wouldn't go into that much detail until you know how she feels about games let alone mmo's in general. It shes not cool with it she will bounce if you spend more of your time on this instead of with her. At the very least don't mention hour's on end, most girls will not find that too endearing.
Maybe just say that you like to play games in your free time. Feel her out on that one, and if she isn't horrified, maybe she'll ask what type you like and you can go into more detail at that time.

Thanks for the replys! Since I enjoy playing so much I will ease it into the conversation soon. Might let a few more dates pass by first. =)

Whenever. It's not going to be that surprising to a girl that a guy plays video games. Just don't try to get her into it (unless she's a gamer), that's just weird.
I'm jealous of you people with gaming mates. If I could have a do-over, I 'd make sure my husband liked games!

If she's embarrassed about your hobby she's not really girlfriend material. Mean while elsewhere on campus (or anywhere really) there's an attractive gamer girl waiting for you to ask her out.

His girlfriend is not a "gamer" therefore my comment had nothing to do with him or her. It was in reference to the later comments about female gamers.
Helpful suggestion: Read. Comprehend. Think. Then write/speak.
I did. I do. I am. I did. In that order. If you need pop-up pictures I can provide them as necessary.
If your serious about this girl than tell her right away. This way if she dont like it than you dont get to invested. Or she might be into it and everything will be amazing.
