Legacy tattoo on some of my characters? I started at P4 :: Final Fantasy XIV (FFXIV, FF14)

I just noticed something a little odd. I originally made a character on Faerie during Phase 4. When Early Access started I made a new character to get on Ultros. Neither of these characters have the Legacy tattoo, which makes sense because I didn't play 1.0. But I had also made some characters on the JP servers to mess around. Both of them have the Legacy mark. I don't know how this happened but I just wish it was on my main character instead, not a pink haired Galka I'm never going to use.

Legacy and 1.0 aren't the same thing.

At best you had some sort of hiccup.

In before all JP players got full legacy perks.

That is odd though.
