I've run this like 8 times trying to collect these robes haha. Which boss chest do they drop from?

I think so. 100% sure the last boss drops the body though
yeah it def drops from chest after Aiatar. running my 4th 50 (first 2 50s I leveled 32-50 in Brayflox lmao) through here and it's only dropped one time and I've never seen it drop from any other chest :(

Only saw it drop once as well, never got my Cavalry chest too. I think I've seen the DoW chest drop 80% of the time though, so if you're a LNC or ARC join me for a Brayflox run. :)

Here's how drops work in dungeons:
Black Chest: Contains all possible loot in dungeon, but weighted most heavily towards Allagan pieces
Silver Chest: Guaranteed gear drop, but weighted heavier towards smaller items. Body is a rare drop but very possible
Gold Chest: Guaranteed body (or other rare item like weapons).
I've seen gold items drop in all chests but they are just much more rare.
In Brayflox, make sure you save ALL 4 goblins in the second section for 3 black chests and 1 silver (the silver is awarded for saving all 4)
I ran Brayflox about a million times trying to get the Infantry gear for my Bard. There are 6 total pieces of green gear in each set.
The Second Mini Boss can drop Boots and Belts.
The Third Mini Boss can drop Hats and Gloves.
The Last Boss can drop Chest and Leg pieces.
