So I went to start up the client after being kicked off, I was asked if I had an account and signed in. after signing in, I was asked to input my registration code even though I already set everything up and even got to play the game for a few hours the two days I was able to sign in, anyway, when I put the code in again, I was told it was already registered (obviously to my account).
Has this happened to anyone else?

Were you early access? If you were you would have received a early access code in the form of XXXXXX-000-XXXXXX-000 that you needed to enter to register early access. When you set that up everything was fine, but now, early access has ended. You needed to purchase the game to play from this point and get your 30 days free online time. Inside the game case is a red leaflet with another regsitration code in the form of XXXXXX-000-XXXXXX-000. You now need to enter that code.

I bought the digital download. It ended up being 30 bucks.

Then that digital download may have e-mailed you the code. Check your spam folder, it may be there.
If you ordered a digital copy from Amazon, you can find your 2nd product code if you do the following.
1.Go to amazon and log in
2. Open the "Your Account" options, toward the upper right
3. Scroll down to "Digital Content" portion of the page, 4th category down
4. Click on "Your Games and Software Library"
5. Under Final Fantasy ARR, there will be a yellow button that says 'product code', open it.
6. Input that into your Mog Station
Easy Peasy. Hope that helps.

Thanks, this helped me out aswell!!
For the record, I'm on PS3 and played Beta 3, Early Access, and now have the game. I registered with my early access code I got from gamestop back prior to early access. I did get booted this morning, but at lunch after a 20 minute bout of 1017 I was able to get in. It did not ask me to enter the registration code that was found in my game disc container. So I will hold onto it unitl it does.
